377d96cf.pngEarly on this year, We spent 3 months hopping around the Canarian archipelago. A very extraordinary experience, a lot of outing to be had, lots of dazzling shores to uncover, waking up in unique wonderful spot every single day. So stunning, yet this takes a lot of scheduling and organisation! This is not all arranged for you. You choose your very own trip and then plan your own journey! Fortunately the Canary Islands is not that enormous that folks could be lost there instantly. My favourite of all was Lanzarote island. It’s a enchanting tiny island with amazing inhabitants. It's its personal manner of living as the rest of the islands have. You'll be able to forget your life while you're here. Lanzarote island is so distinct far off and quiet to live on. You'll have an incredible vacation there with all the water amusement and tours about the island. I hoped to share with you some things which i picked up along the way that can help with all the planning and just generally being a visitor. Some are pretty simple, but when you feel as if a million miles away from home, you can not find any wifi and you’ve got scarcely some money with you, minor tips may feel like lifesavers! In The island the one thing you should have is sun screen to deal with the sizzling sunshine. The weather is usually sunny so when it rains the life goes to a halt there. Residents go inside close the doorway and windows and looking forward to the rain to go.
The island is a breezy island. You are likely to first see it once your plane gets ready for making a landing. The north of the island is often a bit more windy compared to the south. I you are unable to tolerate the sand inside your sandals and face make sure to get nearer to the south. Puerto del carmen is a sizzling and sun-drenched resort any time of the season to enjoy with clubs and eateries to go out.
Playa blanca may also be a charming location for most of the travelers with its extraordinary scenery and slow paced life. It’s the favorite location for the familys and folks seeking a bit more downtempoed holiday vacation. The island only and greatest jazz place the Blue Note is also found here which says quite a lot about the folks who visit here too.
Costa Teguise is the breeziest them all and wind-surfers enjoy this quite a lot. In case you aren’t right into jazz or enormous going to parties then this is your place for being on a holiday vacation. You will find accommodation, apartments, pubs and eateries of any sort to pass your time and energy after a rough day at the home pool.
If you happen to be more into bars than trekking under the scorching sun then you might want some dough as well. Accommodations are usually affordable so is the foodstuff and the alcoholic beverages inside cafes. Many accommodations are full board that makes life quite easy if you are not into making your own diet or looking for eating places day-to-day to get a average supper. Mind that most places would not allow bank cards under a certain amount so having money in Lanzarote could be life saver.

Puerto Del Carmen - Lanzarote
Puerto Del Carmen is the oldest resort with 7km of sandy beach and the liveliest atmosphere in Lanzarote.
Grown from a little fishing village, which buildings are still in the Old Town, is the main tourist destination on the island. Here is Hotel Fariones, which marks the start of international tourism built in 1966.
Located 10 km/6 miles from the airport, in the centre of the island's Eastern side, which provides some protection from the northern wind.
A taxi is the easiest solution to get here but there are airport shuttle services to choose from, too. Public transport is also available just hop on the Bus: Línea 161
The main beaches are:
Playa Grande
The main beach with hammocks, parasol, blue sea and golden sand. There are showers, toilets, and various water sport equipments here.
Los Pocillos
It is a vast sandy surface. Its endless possibilities are only limited by your imagination and the wind. People like to windsurf here. Not as cool as Costa Teguise though.
Matagorda
Fine golden sand right next to the Matagorda development area. It tends to be windy which provides the opportunity for you to try out windsurfing. Or just rent a hammock and a parasol for the day and stare the waves meeting the sky closing the view from Africa.
Lima
Another great opportunity to try out windsurfing. If you hate the sand blowing all around your head at all the time this may be your place. There is still wind here but there are small lava rocks mixed with sand, which keeps the number of flying particles reduced.
Puerto Del Carmen Things To Do
Golf
You have borne just into the right time to enjoy Puerto Del Carmen's long awaited Golf Resort. It is a modern unique green, designed by Ron Kirby. If that means something to you then this is the place to be and play through the 18 holes.
It is an 18-hole, par 72 course with four par 3′s, four par 5′s and ten par 4′s, with a total of 6.133 m. length. The course was conceived to appeal to any player regardless of handicap, to enjoy the game on wide fairways and big greens."
Rancho Texas
It is a zoo and water park. It is an excellent day out from the suffocating blueness of the ocean and sand with children.
Puert Del Carmen Nightlife
Here you can tap on the pulse of the island. Dancing until dawn live music, girls, boys, drinks. Name it and PDC (Puerto Del Carmen) has it.
Sport
Jogging on the island is more challenging than in the gym due to the ground and the wind but it is also more pleasing. Sometimes unknown people cheer for you on the street wholeheartedly. It is a rewarding experience.
There are numerous bike-renting stations in the village if you are up to the challenging ground. Bikers really love the ride here.
Swimming is another obvious activity but be aware of the tide if you are heading to the sea. If it seems easy to swim out it will be quite though to get back to the shore.
The real deals of course are the water activities here. You do not have to wander far to get a snorkelling set and plunge into the water to see what is under the sea. If you are more adventurous then there are numerous diving schools in the town to get started with.
Market
Every Friday from 10.00 - 22.00 there is a market in the old town's harbour the Varadero. It is stuffed with quality local products either edible or wearable. It is worth to check out before you do the big gift shopping for home.
Shopping
If you are into shopping on Lanzarote then this is the place to be. Here are the island's best selection of shops at Biosfera shopping centre. Nonetheless, there are some shops on the main boulevard as well as it referred here on the Strip but that is mainly reserved for the diners and pubs.
Puert Del Carmen Weather
The best weather of Lanzarote is reserved for Puerto Del Carmen. Not cold at all. When the Calima hits the island it's pursuingly hot to make you stay in a pub with a frozen glass of lager. Otherwise, it is just awesome!
